High energy drills to develop quick feet, reaction time, and change of direction. Builds athleticism through structured, game-like movement patterns that keep kids engaged.
3 days/week

Core & Coordination
(Ages 6-10)

Description:
Strengthens the core and sharpens body awareness through crawling, balancing, and rhythm-based drills. Perfect for building movement control at a young age.

Total Athlete Intro
(Ages 10-12)

Description:
A balanced plan combining speed, strength, and coordination to build total athletic development. Great for young athletes ready to take their training to the next level.
3 days/week

Teaches safe and explosive movement patterns to develop body control and general athleticism. Perfect intro for multisport athletes.
